what the heck is it?

well, there are a few symptomps:

• Loss of interest and pleasure in most things
• Appetite or weight change
• Sleep disturbance
• Physical slowing or agitation
• Fatigue or low energy
• Feeling hopeless and helpless
• Poor concentration
• Suicidal thoughts (yg ini udah parah bo’)

have ye ever felt like that?  barusan ngebaca sebuah blog seseorang, (next time gw publish alamatnya kalau sudah diizinkan sama yg punya), yg mengaku mengalami bipolar, this is kinda interesting for me, sorry no offense, it’s just because i could feel what she/ he feels
